Gary Shoebridge

Master Stylist / Owner

Highly respected for his classic skills and being able to also create "out of the square" techniques, Gary has trained and brought together a specialist team of stylists that will deliver a high level service.

For Gary being able to create a new style for a client is an absolute privilege which he takes pride in.... Finding the right cut along with colour can transform how you feel, look or even act.

Rik Pene

Operations / Owner

Rik has extensive knowledge in Business management and Chartered Accounting and has the role in the business to make sure all the operations run without fail. Throughout his years Rik has held positions that have helped in the growth of Zen being able to provide expert advice and implement systems that make Zen run smooth.

Being within the business daily Rik handles product companies, advertising, accounts and staff training.

Tom Law

Senior Stylist / Manager

Tom has been trained within Zen Hair from an apprentice through to senior stylist and manager.

Under the training of Gary throughout the years Tom has tuned his styling skills along with successfully building a strong client base. Tom's personality is addictive however don't let his young and playful appearance fool you he is a professional at heart. Tom is also Zen's specialist in Hairtalk extensions.

Managing the salon floor while maintaining his clients, Tom plays an important role in the success of Zen.

Crystal Wright

Stylist

Crystal joined our team in 2009, and provides service with a smile.

Crystal was trained within Brisbane and brings added knowledge to the Zen team, growing a strong client base over this year will be Crystal's main goal while attending to the new specialist service of Dread locking and braiding. Crystal is Zen's specialist in this service and will be training our junior staff in the art.

Kristie McMillan

Apprentice

An apprentice whose career has been excelling in great lengths for the time that she has been training. Kristie's styling techniques are becoming very accomplished and we feel that she has a bright future ahead of her.

Deneke Anderson

Apprentice

An apprentice with amazing ability and a willingness to learn to advance her craft is one of the greatest things we can ask for. Deneke has an eye for detail in her styling techniques. If the future of hairdressing is Deneke, then watch out world we have some serious competition.

Senior Stylist

Claire has been with Zen for many years and has forged a great client base that enjoys her relaxed and professional personality.

Torin Shoebridge

Barista / Zen Coffee Manager

Torin is the manager of Zen Coffee which has been built within our salon for both our clients and the local people around our suburb.

Torin has amazing skills as a Barista and proof to this is the customers that each day visit him for their morning, lunch and afternoon coffee. Service with a big smile is always guaranteed.
