Where & How Do I Sign Up?
There are two ways in which you are able to register to become a Zen Rewards card holder.
1/ Collect a membership form through our reception within Zen
2/ Log on to the internet and go to our website and complete the membership form under Zen Rewards.
Once you have completed and signed the membership form return it to the salon or send it via our website and it’s all done. Within 14 days you will receive your membership card via post or requested pick up from the salon.
When Can I Start Using It?
What? Straight away of course. When your card is activated to membership it automatically enables your client file to start redeeming Zen Reward Points. From the next visit to the salon after sending away your membership form its all go.
Here’s How It Works – For Every $1 Spent, Get 2 Zen Reward Points
It’s that simple. For every $1 you spend within Zen we will give you 2 Zen Reward Points towards your account. You will be able to put these points towards an array of items ranging from services, products, gift cards and giftware.
Upon receiving your Zen Rewards membership card we will have included a Reward Point Redeeming list. This is a list of all the things you are able to spend your points on. See now that’s simple!
When redeeming your points all you will have to do is complete a redemption form to allocate the points and it’s all done. If you have selected an item under the giftware section please allow 1-2 working day for the item to be ordered for you.

We’ll give you 200 Zen Reward Points for every new client you refer to us! Just to say thanks. The more that you refer the more you earn.

Terms & Conditions
- Points accumulated are non transferable. Points cannot be credited or refunded to cash.
- Points have no monetary value outside of Zen Hair, Skin & Body
- Points cannot be redeemed on seasonal special promotions.
- Points must be spent before a 24 month period ends.
- Replacement cards will be issued at the cost of $5
